Meet Chef Caetlin

Meet the Chef 

 

Hi I am Caetlin. I am the owner and chef at Private Chef Ballito, a private chef company in Ballito, KZN.

I offer exclusive private dining experiences and more.  I have always had a passion for food. When I was a little girl my favorite pastime was reading recipe books and baking with my mum.

Fine dining meals

Your very own private chef!

No shopping, no cooking, no dishes!

A menu is created closely with the chef and most of the food preparation is done beforehand. The Chef will arrive a few hours prior to the event and using your own kitchen will finish off the dishes with flair.

Wine pairings are an added touch and can be done by arrangement.

A waitron will be provided to serve and clear the courses.

Guests are welcome to watch and chat to the chef with a glass of wine!

There is a set fee for the Chef and food is paid for per person, depending on the meal chosen.

Canapes
 

A large selection of carefully curated canapés are available. However the options are endless and we are open to any requests.

Our canapés are available with a chef in house to  serve as floating canapés with the assistance of our professional waiters.

Alternatively we can arrange to deliver your canapés on platters ready to be served at your leisure.

Fresh Delivery Options

You choose your favorite foods, I’ll assemble a divine menu. We offer a variety of full dinners, sides and desserts to meet your needs.

Your chef will prepare your selection in oven proof dishes allowing you to simply heat and serve to your guests.

Pea and mint bruschetta with crumbled goats cheese

Cream of corn soup with truffle oil and finished with a homemade labneh

Scallop and champagne risotto with parmesan crisp and micro greens finished with a herb oil

Slow cooked beef short rib with a barbecue glaze with a roasted garlic pommes puree and honey smoked baby carrots

Passion fruit sorbet

Pear tarte tatin served with a vanilla biscuit crumble and lavender ice cream
