Chef Caetlin has always had a passion for food, as a young girl her favorite pastime was reading recipe books and baking with her mum.
After matriculating in 2005, she went on to study at Christina Martin School of food and wine. Over the following years she worked in England and South Africa. In 2012 her love of travel and food took her on the adventre of a lifetime where she joined the yachts. Her travels took her to various parts of the world including: Canada, America, the Carribean, Bahamas, Europe with her final stop being in Barcelona as a head pastry chef. The food and cultures she saw only inspired her more as a chef.
In 2016 she returned back to her hometown of Ballito to start a more settled life and to be closer to her family. Taking over Private chef ballito is very close to her heart and you can see that from the love that pours out into every meal.
